I have been working in the fitness industry since 1997 in a number of positions including fitness instructor, personal trainer, exercise physiologist, fitness course tutor/ assessor, health club marketing manager and now gym shift supervisor at the University of Exeter. I am keen to hear from the members of the Russell Seal Fitness Centre about what they think of the services we provide and how we can continually improve what we offer. If you have any feedback about the centre, I would love to hear it. If you need advice on your exercise programme, please ask. If you want to have a chat, just say hi! I’m here to help.
