As a graduate Sports Therapist, I specialise in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sport injuries. I have a particular interest in lower limb injuries and spinal biomechanics. I am a published researcher of spine biomechanics and injury risk and believe strongly that sport performance can be enhanced through the application of sports therapy and Sports Rehabilitation techniques.

Whether you have suffered a sport, lifestyle or work related injury, I would be extremely happy to assist you in your recovery and return to an optimised lifestyle.

I have had extreme success working with a variety of clientele, from individuals such as the 'weekend warrior' to international and Olympic level athletes. Furthermore, I also work as a Sports Therapist and Rehabilitator for Exeter Chiefs and have seen huge rewards through this.
