All of our personal training programmes begin with a free consultation, enabling us to create a training regime that fits your objectives and schedule. Once in the gym we'll give you constant feedback, help you achieve the right technique and motivate you to go the extra mile. Whether you’re a performance athlete or just starting your fitness journey, we have the personal trainer for you.
Group personal training is an excellent way for squads or groups of friends to work together towards the same goal and share the costs. Our trainers can work with a group of up to five people. We'll begin by assessing you as a group, before prescribing exercises that you can work through together as a team.
