Leah Clarke

"My specialism lies in strength training and conditioning for athletes, Olympic weightlifting, movement analysis and injury rehabilitation (particularly back pain). I am particularly invested in programming for strength training and am a qualified British Weightlifting Level 2 coach alongside holding a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy. If you are looking to develop your strength, learn to perform the Olympic lifts, rehabilitate from an injury/back pain or delve further into your movement patterns then I would love to help."

Tracey Burton

"I’m a huge advocate of intensity based conditioning training as I believe it delivers the ability to lose fat mass, gain lean muscle mass, improve CV fitness & functional strength and most importantly avoid the injury and bulking caused by lifting heavy weights- think high reps, medium weights and lots of sweat! I really enjoy working with people who are highly motivated to improve and work hard. I offer a varied and fun approach to training pulling from a variety of different disciplines and most importantly this method delivers proven results!"

Holly Jones

"Having completed my degree at the University of Exeter in Exercise and Sport Sciences, I have in-depth and research based knowledge of sports training physiology, strength and conditioning, and health testing. In previous roles, I have helped individuals in the stroke rehabilitation process and guided individuals at risk of Type II Diabetes Mellitus to make healthy lifestyle changes through diet, physical activity and wellbeing changes. If you’d like some general healthy lifestyle advice, or looking to improve your sports performance, let me know!"
