Boditrax
Have you ever wondered why despite training hard and following a well-balanced diet your weight on the scales doesn’t change? Or why you can see your body changing in a positive way, but the scales still give you the same numbers?!
At the Russell Seal Fitness Centre you are able to use the latest Boditrax technology to measure more than just your weight and BMI. With a quick scan you can get over 20 body composition measurements. The best thing is it can track your progress and tell you exactly how your body is changing in relations to your exercise programme.
