Students - please make sure you have your student ID, card number, @exeter email, contact details and payment details. This also includes Student Sport Clubs.
Staff - please make sure you have your staff ID, card number, @exeter email, contact details and payment details. For staff wishing to pay by UoE Salary please contact sportsadmin@exeter.ac.uk

Please be aware that we are open and operational and there may be a queue, we do advise that your purchase you membership online, but if you would rather sign-up in person we would be more than happy to help you!
Direct Debit: This is provided by our DD partner (Harlands). Your financial contract will be with Harlands, they will collect the monthly fees and contact you direct regarding the Financial Conduct Authority regulations and their contact details. We work very closely with them and have a great working relationship. Please use their online DD sign-up portal which in integrated with our Leisure Management Software.
Please note DD is not available to UoE Students or for the PAYP memebrship.
UoE Salary payments: If you work for the University of Exeter the monthly membership payment can be taken through the payroll office (with no monthly processing charge). Please be aware that this is not a salary sacrifice scheme. Please complete our online form.
