This is a great opportunity to not only increase health but also optimise well-being by taking a break from studies and interacting with other students.
The health and wellness programme at the University of Exeter provides a range of activities, events and workshops throughout the year for both students and staff to enjoy.
The programme works to promote a healthy body and mind throughout your time at the University, offering opportunities to participate in sport and exercise groups, enjoy off-campus activities or receive advice on important personal issues.
Many of the health and wellness events are free and open to all members of university life.
