• If you are booked on to a specific court (Indoor Tennis Court 1 for example) you must use that court.
• Lockers are available in the changing rooms
• The Sports Park car park is for members only and limited to 2 hours. Please follow instructions on the signs in the car park
• If you fail to attend an indoor booking that you have not yet paid for, you will be charged and unable to book again until the missed booking is paid for.
• Create an online profile to book: use the email that we have for you, sign-in and follow the instructions. If you have any problems please contact the Sports Park on 01392724452 or email sportsadmin@exeter.ac.uk

• All non-member bookings must be paid for at the time of booking

We have a fantastic range of facilities available to book: whether it is a one-off event, a regular booking, an important fixture, a sports tour or training sessions for your team. The facility availability information shows the general availability for facilities in term-time, which is when we are at our busiest with our excellent Student Sport programme - but there are opportunities for you all. We have much more availability in our University vacation periods, so please get in touch with the team who will manage your booking for you.

The team are award-winners and can cater for large conferences / sports tours / educational bookings / international summer schools / one-off bookings. We have some superb on-site accommodation on our fabulous Green Flag campus, perfect to retire to after a day of sport! 

The team offer bespoke and budget-friendly Event Management Services offering the flexibility to hand over as much or as little as you need to the experienced team. From virtual showarounds to hybrid and virtual management services, the team are ready for you!
