Different stations, different exercises, all round results.

The essential all-body workout, Circuits will improve your overall stamina, strength and endurance. The workout is split between multiple workout stations where you will repeat exercises for a set time period before moving on to your next challenge.


Our Circuits classes will really push your limits. Each exercise is specially selected to ensure whole body benefits. A typical session may include: Squats, Burpees, Press-ups, Sit-ups, Shuttles, Plank, VIPR's, Crawls and more. The class allows you to work at your own pace, whilst our instructor is on-hand to provide that extra bit of motivation to ensure you work to the best of your abilities.

Moving from one station to another in quick succession ensures that your heart-rate stays up and your muscles keep working.

Low Impact Circuits

Our Low Impact Circuits classes involve all-round, low-impact training that is friendly on your joints. Using a combination of light strength training and conditioning, you will work at your own pace and be in complete control of your own fitness goals.
