In a BodyBalance™ class, you can expect to complete a range of moves and routines set to an inspired soundtrack. You may recognise influences of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi in the class, and this unique combination of exercises offers a wide range of benefits for both mind and body.

By monitoring your breathing throughout the class, you will be able to mentally and physically relax as you complete the movements. The carefully structured series of poses will improve your flexibility and core strength, whilst focusing your mind and creating a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing.
