Health and wellness
The Healthy Halls scheme provides activities, workshops and events for students in University residences aimed at improving their health and increasing their awareness of wellbeing.
Activities are either free or are heavily subsidised and take place across the residences. You don’t have to live in the residence where the event is being held in order to take part.
If the University life is getting too much then take advantage of the Free Yoga session on campus.
Sessions will run for 1 hour and give you the chance to unwind while improving your strength and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate participants.
Mats and blocks are provided, all you need to do is bring yourself and be dressed appropriately for the activity.
