Emily Harvey

Competitions Coordinator

Emily graduated in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Forensic Investigation from the University of Surrey. Throughout her time, Emily found the sports programmes and competitions the most enjoyable part of university life which led her to ditch the test tubes and pursue a career in sports!

Emily is responsible for managing British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) programmes at Exeter, whether that be weekly Wednesday fixtures or individual events throughout the season. She works closely with the BUCS team captains but is happy to help any student who wants to know more about BUCS. Her speciality lies with netball as a player, umpire and coach and basketball as an official but she loves learning about how other sports work. Her favourite time is when the Sports Park is full of students getting involved with sport and physical activity and she loves using the facilities, especially the classes and the Russell Seal gym
