Free virtual gym membership

Students and staff can invite professional fitness instructors into their home to teach free private classes with VirtualGymTV (VGTV).

The free service offers classes such as step aerobics, strengthen and tone, spinergy, martial arts training sessions and much more – all in the comfort of your living room.

VGTV has a large and constantly updated library of full length, original classes that can be downloaded. It also boasts comprehensive health testing software and a downloadable exercise class programme.

All the classes are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can be accessed online, downloaded and burnt onto a DVD to watch on TV or viewed on portable devices.

Whether you are an exercise nut looking to fit in another class, don’t have time to fit the gym around a busy schedule, or would rather take a class in the privacy of your home this service could be perfect for you. Just visit VGTV to register.
