Free Drop-in Workshops for Gym Members

These drop-in workshops will help you to perfect your technique and get the most out of your training. Led by our friendly gym instructors at the Russell Seal Fitness Centre, each session can accommodate up to eight people at a time. To join a session, simply meet at the Synrgy station in the gym, or in the free weights room for lifting workshops - no need to book!
