Personal Training

All of our personal training programmes begin with a free consultation that lets us build your personal profile and create a training regime that fits your objectives and schedule. Once in the gym we'll give you constant feedback to help you get the right technique and motivate you to go the extra mile.

Whether you are a performance athlete or just starting your fitness journey, it's amazing how having a personal trainer with you can make you feel more comfortable in the gym environment. We don't just want to get you fit; our trainers work to make you more confident exercisers with the tools and instruction needed to stand on your own two feet once the programme has ended.


Group personal training is an excellent way for squads or groups of friends to work together towards the same goal and share the costs. Our trainers can work with a groups of up to five people on any given goal. We'll begin by assessing you as a group, before prescribing exercises that you can work through together as a team.

Programme Design

Everyone needs a little inspiration in the gym from time to time and a personal programme is the best way to enhance your workout. Each programme is personally tailored by one of our instructors, who'll take into account your goals, preferred exercise methods, current fitness levels and the time you have to exercise.

Group Inductions

First time in a gym? Nervous about starting? Not sure how to use certain pieces of equipment? We can help with a FREE 45 minute group induction in the Russell Seal Fitness Centre.

These sessions can be booked online under the 'Classes' section for a maximum of 8 people at the following times:

Speed Track Sessions

Speed Track St Lukes

Power and speed training is now available at St Luke’s Sports Centre. Improve explosive power, speed and core conditioning using this dynamic, fun and effective tool. There is no workout in the gym that can condition your body and fitness as well as the track!

Free 30 minute taster sessions are running on the following dates and times for individuals or small groups (upto 4 people) to try out the new equipment:

From Monday 27 May, the speed track will be available for 30 minute private bookings from 14:30-16:30 weekdays and 12:30-14:30 weekends. Prices are:

Inclusive member: Free
Gym/PAYG member: £2 for 30 minutes
Non member: £4.50 for 30 minutes
