Make the dream of a firm, toned body come true. Legs, Bums and Tums (also known as LBT) does exactly what it says on the tin, focussing on those traditionally problematic areas.

Using simple sculpting techniques including lunges, crunches and planks you will torch calories whilst building up strength.

To keep things exciting LBT is interspersed with aerobic exercises, helping you to increase your endurance and flatten out those last difficult bits.
