Dance Fit is a high energy exercise class incorporating many styles of dance from hip hop to latin. It's a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
There is no requirement to be able to dance or be co-ordinated to enjoy and benefit from these classes. Everyone will be able to master the moves in a Dance Fit class.
