This high intensity workout includes resistance and conditioning using KettleBells and body weight exercises. The session will fine-tune muscles in your arms, legs, shoulders and core. Great for an overall body workout. 

There are different weights to suit all strengths, abilities and goals. Our instructor will help you pick the right equipment, ensuring you have a great workout and maximise the end result.
