We believe everyone can reach their desired fitness level if given the correct direction and knowledge.
Using a personal trainer can:
- Help you achieve goals you may find difficult to attain by training yourself.
- Give you instant feedback.
- Correct mistakes.
- Help maxamise training time.
- Minimise the risk of injuries.
Packages

| First session | This package is for first time trainers. It includes two one hour sessions. Session one includes a fitness test and allows you to discuss any goals or queries with the instructor. Session two includes direction with your tailor made programme and a personal training session. |

| One to one personal training | This type of training is ideal for those who are regular gym users and would like direction to improve training techniques. It is also a good follow up after you have had your programme designed. | £20 |

Fitness testing
Fitness testing is an excellent tool to ensure you stay motivated and focused whether you are interested in general fitness or training seriously for a sport.
Fitness testing sets goals that can be measured and amended when necessary. It also helps to minimise the risk of injury by identifying potential problem areas prior to starting an activity.
Our trainers have a wide range of tests and resources at their disposal. Your fitness test will be constructed around you and your objectives.
Your test could include static and dynamic postural assessments to identify tight or weak muscles and faulty movement patterns.
We can also test:
- Blood pressure and body fat.
- Lung function.
- Static strength.
- Vo2 (how fit your heart and lungs are).
Fitness tests take palce at the Sports Park and last one hour. They costs £15.
