All of our personal training programmes begin with a free consultation that lets us build your personal profile and create a training regime that fits your objectives and schedule. Once in the gym we'll give you constant feedback to help you get the right technique and motivate you to go the extra mile.
Whether you are a performance athlete or just starting your fitness journey, it's amazing how having a personal trainer with you can make you feel more comfortable in the gym environment. We don't just want to get you fit; our trainers work to make you more confident exercisers with the tools and instruction needed to stand on your own two feet once the programme has ended.
Group personal training is an excellent way for squads or groups of friends to work together towards the same goal and share the costs. Our trainers can work with a groups of up to five people on any given goal. We'll begin by assessing you as a group, before prescribing exercises that you can work through together as a team.

Everyone needs a little inspiration in the gym from time to time and a personal programme is the best way to enhance your workout. Each programme is personally tailored by one of our instructors, who'll take into account your goals, preferred exercise methods, current fitness levels and the time you have to exercise.
Our programmes are typically designed to last 4-6 weeks and come in a specially designed booklet to help you track your progression throughout the course.

Ocean Physio and Rehab
Ocean Physio and Rehab have a base at the Sports Park.
They provide expert management of:

The aim of Ocean Physio and Rehab is to provide exceptional Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation tailored to the requirements of each individual. They have recognised experts Dave MacLellan, Andy Larmour, James Burton, Libby Deacon, Josh Bess and Becky Smith all Chartered Physiotherapists who have carried out extensive training.
- Injury management - they are specialists in diagnostic and rehabilitative management of all musculoskeletal conditions, their treatment aims to maximise the quality and speed of return from injury.
- Expert low back pain management - they follow NICE Guidelines to implement the most effective management of low back pain.
- Clinical Pilates - The small Clinical Pilates classes are led by specially trained Physiotherapists in their custom built studio.
- Biomechanical analysis and intervention - including gait analysis, sport specific analysis and ergonomic assessment at your workplace if required.
